Dear I

Something bothering you? Need some words of wisdom from the ancient symbols, archetypes and stories contained within the Tarot?

Submit your letters to Ilayda and every month she'll pick a few that move her and use the cards to respond.

Got no problems but fancy soaking up some wisdom anyway?

Useful Resources

If you’re feeling like you need advice and the soulful insight of the Tarot isn't going to cut it, here are some good resources that might:

  • Samaritans can be contacted for free and anonymously 24/7 by phone on 116 123, email jo@samaritans.org and you can also walk in at certain centres. They are there to listen and not judge, and despite popular perception, you don’t have to be suicidal to talk to them.

  • Mind provide help and support to ’empower anyone experiencing a mental health problem’. They have collated an excellent list of services you can access if you need some support, click here.

  • Citizen’s Advice provides free, confidential advice and information on your rights service. You can talk to them about issues including housing, money, and discrimination.
